How do I adjust my Velmoir watch to fit my wrist?

Each order includes a tool that allows you to adjust the bracelet size yourself.

If you are unsure or want to avoid damage, we recommend having the adjustment done by a watchmaker.

Do I need to regularly reset the watch like an automatic watch?

No, thanks to its precise quartz movement, it runs reliably and accurately without requiring constant resetting.

How long does standard shipping take?

Our regular delivery time is 2–5 business days from order confirmation. Once the package has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow the status of your shipment.

We also offer express shipping with DHL Express. This type of order is prioritized and shipped before all standard orders.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we currently offer (paid) shipping to all countries within the EU. We also offer shipping to Switzerland and the USA.

Shipping in Germany is free for orders with a minimum order value of €150.00. Shipping to countries other than Germany is subject to a fee.
